Multiple Exchange Organizations: Share Calendar ?

Hi, we are in the middle of an aquisition scenario. InterOrg sync is in place
so people have the same GAL and can see Schedule Free/Busy information. This
is not satisfying for the top-managers of the company. They want to be able
to SHARE their calendars so the adminstration can easily collaborate and
schedule meetings for them. The only workaround I can think of at this moment
is to migrate all these users to the same Exchange Org. But unfortunately,
this is not an option. Any ideas ? Thanks for feedback

They want to share their calendars?
Or they want F/B to be available to everyone?

Calendar Sharing.
F/B is already in place for everyone

Have you already seen the multi-forest configuration documents on
Microsoft's Website?
