Xchng2K3 RPC working fine except for one user

Server 2003 and xchng 2003 sp2
Verified that other users can connect and work properly using RPC connections.
Noticed the certificate was expired and renewed the cert and downloaded the
updated
cert to the users workstation. Nothing changed.
I tried to connect from my laptop to the user's mailbox using RPC and was
unsuccessful.

The user having trouble can log in to OWA and also get the desired response
when accessing the https://mail.domain.com/rpc directory.

Again, no issue with other users. Just one user is unable to connec via
RPC/HTTPS.
