Can an SCR server be implmented against an existing Exchange 2007 server
(i.e. not during the initial install phase)? Also, is SCR supported with
Exchange 2003 STD Edition?

Yes. SCR does not use clustering by itself. You can add one or more SCR
replicas for a standalone/SCC/CCR source at any time.

- Continuous Replication features (LCR, CCR and SCR) are available in
Exchange 2007.
- You can't use them to replicate Exchange 2003 Storage Groups. (Exchange
2003/2000 servers cannot be SCR sources. You need Exchange 2007 SP1, on the
same version of Windows OS.)
