I am looking to deploy a Exchange 2007 CCR cluster at 2 office locations. I
will be replacing an existing Exchange 2003 server. I need to determine the
bandwidth required for cluster communication, transaction shipping anf MAPI
traffic.

I know we generate about 2GB of transaction logs in a 8 hour period. However
I'm not sure if CCR compresses the data or how much traffic would be required
for MAPI and cluster chat. Can anyone help out with a formular or method to
gather this information from the existing exchange 2003 server.

Thanks for your input

Doesnt have a calculator, but provides guidance. The connection
between the CCR nodes should be lan quality.

Actually, the Exchange 2007 Mailbox Role Storage calulcator includes a
section with pourly trransaction logs generated.  If you use the peak
figure, you can easily determine thew bandwith requirements.
