Aldous,
In my point of view, the best option is make a two steps migration...
Step 1 - Move all mailbox's from mailbox server to public folder server
Step 2 - Remove the mailbox cluster and reinstall the servers as standalone
servers and move the mailbox's back to brand new mailbox server and public
folders to brand new public folders server
I don't know if this is the best approach for you environment, but you can
improve this with your knowledge.

Hi Airton,
Thank you for your help. I just found out that I can build a single node
standby cluster and it will fit my need. In fact, I just posted to the
this group and hoping to get some confirmation about my procedures
because I need to complete this in two three days and I can't built
anything to test and I'm not able to find details instruction from MS or
Google.
Thanks again,
Aldous

1. Mailboxes: Evict a node, set it up as a stand alone, and movemailbox.
2. Public folders: Evict a node, set it up as a stand alone, then
replicate the public folders.
3. Decommission the remaining cluster nodes.

Hi John,
Thanks for your help. Finally, I moved to a single node cluster instead
of standalone. It's much easier.
