For 10 clients, a manual move would probably work best.
Setup the new Outlook profile to connect to Exchange.
Once OL starts, go to File, Import / Export and import the old PST into
their Exchange mailbox.

Hi - not to second-guess the illustrious Mr. Blackstone, but note that
importing in Outlook can leave you with corrupt data. Instead, I'd suggest
you select/copy/paste. Tedious, but more reliable.
Also, since you're using SBS, note that it does a lot of things
differently - post in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs for more help.
Make sure you're setting up your computers/users via the SBS wizards & are
joining your PCs to the domain using the wizards. Very important if you want
a working system.

A tip for calendar data copying is to change the view to a tabular view, like by
category. You can then easily select the lot a copy them to the mailbox
calendar. Even repeating appointments are copied well this way.
