If you do exchange replica (CCR), it will create a passive copy of exchange
database. I want to import properties of mail message into my own storage
location. The storage location can be either SQL Server or any 3rd party
database.

There 3rd party applications that can archive messages, if I'm understanding
you correctly and that's what you want to do.

If you want to go at it on your own, it's really a development question and
you're probably better off asking in microsoft.public.exchange.development.
