Hi All,

I would like to know is there anyway in the outlook through which i check
the users mailbox exchange version i.e how can i confirm whether he is using
exchange 5.5 or exchange 2000 or 2003. All i know is checking through ESM or
store.exe i.e. from Server End Only.

If you have anything tips or KB to check the exchange version through
outlook please let me know.

Many thanks in Advance.

In online mode (not cached mode) you can use PR_REPLICA_VERSION (0x664B0014)
to get that. It's a PT_I8 value. In cached mode the version is returned as
all 0's though. You can check for cached mode using
NameSpace.ExchangeConnectionMode from the Outlook object model.
