In online mode (not cached mode) you can use PR_REPLICA_VERSION (0x664B0014)
to get that. It's a PT_I8 value. In cached mode the version is returned as
all 0's though. You can check for cached mode using
NameSpace.ExchangeConnectionMode from the Outlook object model.
