Are you running any type of Spam filter software? There were a rash of cases
like this were w3wp was failing because of application exceptions in IIS.
Once IIS crashes w3wp can no longer contact the metabase via Dav and we
throw an exception in attempt to get the offending thread. If you are still
having this problem I would remove all 3rd party software sinks and virus
software. You can also download ADPlus from the Microsoft site
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/286350 and run ADPlus -crash -pn <pid of
iis>. You can then look at the adplus.log to see who is throwing the
expcetions and open a case with PSS.
