Hi , I am Yasin from istanbul. I have a big problem for me about exchange
!!!

I have 1300 members of my website and I want to send e-mails every 4 days.
when I tried , I can`t send hotmail members and yahoo members. How can I
resolve this problem???

Large Internet-based organizations like Hotmail, Yahoo and AOL have
very strict spam filtering in place, and it can often be difficult to
get email delivered to them. Do the DNS Report test on your domain
name by using the left-hand input field here http://www.dnsreport.com
, and see if any warnings are raised.

actually you can send e-mail hotmail,yahoo however your mail is downloaded
by junk or bulk mail.this problem your ip's has not ptr record.
if you solve the problem contact your ISP for ptr record.
