Are you trying this from inside your network? Public IP addresses
aren't always reachable from inside the router.

I thought you said that you could not use OWA. Do you mean that it
used to work, but now it doesn't?

I configured and used owa from outside my network. But from any days when i
type https://publicip/exchange i wasn't able to view owa only blank page.
I controlled firewall, router, isa and don't seem have problem and i haven't
idea what happen.

Maybe you configured a host header name for your Default Web Site.
Have a look at its properties in IIS Manager, and click the Advanced
button. If there is a host header name configured, then you can only
access the server by that name, and not the IP address.

Since you're using SBS, you should post in
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs.
SBS does nearly everything with wizards, and you really need to make sure
you are doing things as SBS wants them done, even if you think you know
better - that's a good way to blow up SBS.
