I have a program that each 5 minutes open a session for several users and
looks their appointments and say to another program if an user is busy or
not and finally close the session.

My problem is: Sometimes the program cannot open a session for a user and
the program breaks. In other moment the program opens all the sessions and
work well. What can be the reason ? Is there a way to access to all the
mailboxes and not use the method: open session for a mailbox, look the
appointmens and close the session.

Thanks for your help:)

You may be running out of connections to the server depending on the number
of mailboxes you are accessing.  Check out
