how to give a user right to access public folder by WebDAV

Hi,All

It is same as title.

I want to gice some user right to access Public Folder by WebDAV
it means I can use internet address bar to input http://domain/public
to pass authentication

you can either do this the hardway

or (if you are using .NET 2.0), use my InfiniTec.Exchange package (full
source included):
