I have been writing a vbscript file that queries the LDAP then
creates a .csv file with all the contact information of users in my
company. I can then go and manually create a new folder in contacts
then import the .csv into that folder, where it then organizes
everyone's information. My question is if there is a way in vbscript
to automatically create a contacts folder and import a .csv into that
contacts folder with vbscript? ( I don't want to use Access either)

-Not sure what you mean. Create a new folder in contacts in a mailbox? In
AD? On the filesystem?

I need to create a contact list, in outlook 2003 under contacts. If I
hit contacts under outlook, then go to the file tab it gives the option
to import and export, where I can then import a .csv file. If there is
anyway I could do this automatically through vbscript then that would
be great.
