hi,
We are running on Exchange 2003 SP1. Our users from our branch office
use outlook clients to connect to the mail server using VPN. Lately, some of
the email get delivered to the deleted items instead of the inbox items. I
have checked the rules that set by the outlook. But none of them has such
kind of settings. Is that something I can do in the server level or the
client level to resolve this? Please advise.

Thanks

Forina

Usually it's a rule, but try starting Outlook on one of the clients with the
/resetfolders switch. That should reset the list of default folders and the
delivery point.
