Hi all. I couldn't find a forum relating to general installation questions so
I apologize in advance for the posting if in the wrong place.

That being said here's my problem...

I’m trying to decommission a Exchange 2000 Standard server. There is an
Exchange 2000 Enterprise in the same site.   Here are the details…

Exchange 2000 Standard (\\V1332250) current on w2k currently patched.

A second Exchange 2000 Enterprise server (4JK6C01) was installed a few
months ago and all mailboxes have been moved to the e2kE server except for…

SystemMailbox{F8…
System Attendant which is pointing to an Admin userid.
SMTP (v1332250…)

During uninstallation of \\V1332250 setup complains that “Not all mailboxes
have been removed”.  How are the remaining objects removed? Do I care?

Regards

Run the cleanup agent.

I've run the cleanup agent as well as manually replicated still the three
mailboxes remain.   I removed Exchange Attributes from the user that was
attached to the "System Attendant" but even after multiple "Cleanup Agents"
and forced replication the System Attendant mailbox never showed disconnected.
