Automatic replies and automatic forwards to Internet recipients are disabled
in Exchange 2000 Server and in Exchange Server 2003. What is the argument
for keeping this default? What are the security risks specifically?
Any advice or suggestions on this would be greatly appreicated.
Thanks,
Dana

anti-spam: spammer knows on any automatic reply that the email address is
active. Forwards? Not sure. Maybe to lessen Denial Of Service attacks and
also to avoid emails being forwarded without the user knowing:
confidentiality of emails.
