Does anyone know what registry key to edit to increase the database from 18GB
to 75GB I have downloaded and installed the prerelease version of sp2?

Search for "Database Size Limit in GB" in the registry.

From previous KBA 828070 (not related to SP2 change, you could temporarily
increase size by 1 Gb in case you reached the 16 Gb limit on Standard
Edition):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<Exchange
Server Name>\Private-<long hexadecimal string>
