Hi.  Running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 clients.  One of my users has
the public folders icon disappear every day from the bottom of the "All Mail
Folders" pane.  It can be displayed by clicking on the Folders List at the
bottom of the pane, but I'm not sure why it keeps disappearing.  No problem
with many other users!
Any ideas how to keep it displayed all the time?

TIA

John

To show the public folder you have to use the Folder List view of the
navigation pane. They won't show up in the Mail view.

Thanks Ken.

Any way to "lock" this setting so it always displays the Folder View?

No, it always shows in the last mode selected. If the user leaves it in
Folder List mode then that's what they'll always see. I almost always leave
my navigation pane in Folder List mode.
