Running Exchange 5.5 OWA on Windows 2000 IIS 5.0.  The WWWP service and IIS
are hanging.  I have generated an IIS dump using the IIS debug tool.  but
don't know where to start.  I've reinstalled both apps multiple times.

This is nearly always because of this:

 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;818709

Did you install the post-SP4 hotfix (or even a later CDO hotfix) that is
linked near the bottom of the article?

Lee.
