Greetings,

I would like to have Exchange execute a program when receiving mail to a
particular address, but I want it on the server side, not through Outlook.

Does anyone know how to do this, or is there third-party software which will
allow me to do this?

Thanks,
Kevin

You will need a folder event sink for that. That will run server side and
can handle items being delivered to the folder of your choice. There's
information about that and other Exchange development technologies at

Hi,

Try Email2DB - this can execute an application or run a script in response
to email messages. You set setup trigger conditions such as from address,
subject text etc.

I can read direct from Exchange using the IMAP protocol.. or from a local
Outlook folder.

Many Thanks
Steve
