Extracting messages from Exchange 2003

Not sure this is the correct place, so if not, please point me to the right
newsgroup.  What we need to do is to copy out all messages from our private
information store after August 1, 2005 and only those messages directed to or
from certain senders and recipients.

I can do this on an individual basis by opening each mailbox and doing an
extract with the date and to or from options.  But we're looking at around
100 mailboxes where this needs to be done.  Does anyone know of any
programmatic way to do this, or even better can you point me to a utility -
3rd party or Exchange - that might work for us?  Thanks.

May I ask what destination you want to copy these messages to?

A pst file would be fine.
