Meetings disappearing

We have several instances where managers' meetings have disappeared off their
calendars.  In all cases, the managers have admins who are calendar
delegates.  Sometimes the admins create or update the meetings.

All of the managers have Blackberry devices and we have a BES server running
BES  version 4 with SP3.

Everyone is using Outlook XP (2002) with SP3.  Our Exchange 2000 server is
running SP3 plus the post SP3 rollup patch.

Does anyone know of a fix for this?  Several user groups have similar posts
but no solutions.

We are on E2K3 SP2 and Outlook 2003 SP2, however we are very familiar with
this error.  It happened a lot to us before SP2 (on both E2K3 and Outlook
2003, need both upgraded).  On top of this, there are several Do's and Don'ts
around Mgrs and Delegates that MUST be followed (see link below) and also
notice each Mailbox should have one and only one delegate, otherwise you
should expect problems:
