how to apply oft file?

Outlook 2k3, win2k, exchange 2k.

I created a new .oft file.
Now i want to use it for all contacts in a public folder. How can do this?

Assign the form to the PF.

Grat!
Thats it :) But i have one problem with teh permissions:

At Step 4 it works till
"
Right click on the public folder and select Properties.

Now select the Forms option from the When Posting To This Folder Use
dropdown list."

But i can only choose a from i created before. I cant "move" it from the
left side of the dialog to the right side, cuase it is grayed out and i
do not find the right permissions tab in th system manager for that.
