I cannot directly upgrade from 2k Enterprise to 2k3 Standard (I tried), so I
would like to know how best to get to Exc 2003. I am not concerned with
saving any data, there were no users on the 2k Exchange.

As far as I can gather, my only option is to uninstall Exchange 2000 and
then install 2003, but I am not sure what ramifications that has within AD. I
have a Windows 2000 AD setup, with no 2k3 servers.  Can i simply uninstall
Exc 2000 and then install Exc 2003 and have AD be ok with it?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

If you have another server you could use this:

e.html

But if there is no data at all you want saved you can uninstall exchange
2000 and install exchange 2003 using the deployment tools (this will make
sure that everything is prepared and ready for exchange 2003).
