Error occur when trying to change password via OWA.
(Win2k Adv. Server with Exchange 2k) after created a CA
as well as creating a virtual directory for iisadmpwd.

Not sure what is the error number referring to.

This is an IIS error. You might want to post this on the Outlook\OWA news
groups. They are familiar with this error.
