Nope, but I would check DNS, then the firewall, and lastly blame yourself.
That is what I normally do :)

Hi Guido,
I'm not sure what you've done to generate this error, but I have seen it
occur when we try and use ADU&C on a workstation belonging to an NT4 domain
and we tried to access attributes of a user object belonging to a different
domain. Once we joined this machine to the AD domain, everything worked
properly.
