I have a client who is unable to see messages from one (or more) senders.
I've used the tracking log to show that the messages are delivered to the
store but the client (Outlook) doesn't show the message in the in box.

This problem may be related to the length of the senders name.  I sent a test
message from telnet and the message can not be seen in the outlook inbox but
the message tracking center shows it is in the store.

This may also be a problem with exchange.

Hello,

Have you checked your Exchange AV logs, it may happen those messages being
deleted to dropped by the mail AV without notification.
Anything strange in the Application event log?

Regards,
Waleed Omar

I can actually see the messages in the store using message tracking.
