prevent users from expanding the group name in outlook

I have the following secnario:

I have Exchange DL with restriction on who can send to them. They appear
normally in outlook address book.

When a restricted user select one of these groups in Outlook and expands the
group before he he hit the send icon, the list of the users who are members
of this group will show and the message can be sent normally without any
restriction.

Is there is any method to prevent the group expansion (disbale the + sign
next to the group name)??

The only way to do this is to hide the membership in ADUC using ADUC from
where Exchange is installed Rightclick the group, select exchange tasks,
then select to hide membership.

Hi Ward, I followed what you suggested, but this also hides the group
membership in Active Directory users and computers. and It became very
deficult to administer!!

Is there is any other way then "Exchnage Tasks>> Hide Membership"?? to
prevent users from expaneing a group in outlook??
