I have W2K domain using Exchange 2000 Enterprise version. A user of mine
autoforwards a newsletter to 4 colleagues in his group.  For the last couple
of weeks the email was sent numerous times.  He deleted the rule that
autoforwards this newsletter and he created 2 rules, one for one colleague
and one for another colleague.  When the email was forwarded today it was
sent not only to those 2 colleagues but it was sent to the other 2 colleagues
in the original rule.  It appears when he changes or deletes rules he creates
in outlook they are not deleted on the server.  How can I resolve this issue?
Thanks

I'm not sure. I don't use a lot of rules....I'd probably first ask the user
to disable all the rules and start over fresh to see where something has
gone wrong.

Actually, I lied. The first thing I'd do would be,  set up a mail-enabled
public folder, or a distribution group that has all these people in it, and
re-subscribe to the newsletter using that address. ;-)
