Hi there
I have 2 users with Outlook 2002 connecting to an Exchange 2000 server.
Recently they started getting prompts periodically for their username and
password to connect to the exchaneg server, and when they enter them it
throws an error telling them the credentials are incorrect. We rest their
password just to make sure they weren't mis-typing them , still same error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, they are starting to breathe down my
neck a little bit:)

Longshot: The only time I have seen this is when the Domain password expires
during a session.
