In a Outlook 2002 / Exchange 2000 envirenment,
new messages will not be downloaded and show up in Inbox until the user
clicks somewhere in Outlook window. I has set up to Send / Receive every 2
minutes in Outlook but it is still not working. Any suggestion? Thanks.

A software firewall on the workstation (XP? other?) or a
firewall/router/switch with VLANs between the client & server is the usual
cause.
