OWA 2003 - Not authorized to see attachment

I have just migrated to Exch 2003 and using OWA (among other clients)

I have a Public Folder which contains subfolders for each of my employees.
In each folder is a word document, that they keep up to date themselves.

When I access the folders via OWA, I can get to each folder, but when I try
to open the doc, I get the
"You are not authorized to view this page

Http error 403 - Forbidden"

This is accessible via a MAPI client, so I know all the permissions are
right.

Can you help ?

Never mind - it is a reghack enabling "freedocs"

What document did you determine from that it was a reghack to fix this
situation. I am running into the same issue.
