My company is having a major problem with email delivery to outside users
such as Hotmail, aol.com and various others.  Users are sending emails to
users at these domains and they are not getting delivered.  Our servers show
them being delivered to the servers but the users are not recieving them.  I
checked to see if our domain, spherion.com, has been added to a spam site.
It has not.  I just don't know where else to look.  It is affecting our
company a great deal.  I tried to find a contact number for hotmail, but
cannot find one.  Does anyone have any suggestions.

Thanks.

If you have the logs that positively show that the other domain has accepted
the email, you'll need to contact those domains. You should also set
yourself up with a hotmail account and try to send to that address.

I have and I have found that some go through and some just disappear.  I am
still waiting on two test messages I sent me self.  We are having the same
problem with MSN and Earthlink as well as various other domains.  I have no
idea what else to do about this.
there is no number to call for support for hotmail or msn.  Can our domain
be on a spam list.  I checked and cannot see any of our servers there.
