Moving email with rules

We've set up a folder for confidential email on some users PC's. If a user
sends an email marked as confidential, it is moved by a rule into this
folder. We do this because most of out attorneys (it's a law firm) want their
assistants to have full access to all of their folders ( i know, i know) but
the Administration department does not want the assistants to be able to
access some email. So, when the email arrives, it goes to this folder. That
works fine. However, when the email is replied to, it goes to the Sent Items
which is then accessable by the assistants. Is there a rule that I can create
for the Sent Items folder that would move that message back to the
Confidential folder?

In OL2003, at least, you have a better option:
Tools, options, e-mail options, advanced email options
Tick "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original message"
