Hi,

We have recently been told that a lot of the systemmailboxes are missing
from our mail stores.
So, we followed the instruction on TechNet to recreate them 1 week ago.
Now we are getting a weird problem and not sure where it is related to the
systemailboxes.

Some of our staffs are having problems deleting some of their e-mails on
their inbox. (not all of them.. just randomly 1 or 2 per days)
I actually checked all permission settings and they look just fine.
If I grant myself permission with Full control on those people's mailboxes,
I can delete those undeletable e-mails.
So, I tried to explicitly grant Full control to those users on their
respective mailboxes.
However they still can't delete those trouble e-mails.

Any idea / solution is much appreciated.

Hi,
It could be DB problem, maybe corrupt or something.
You can perform ISINTEG tools to fix this.
Please refer to the following url as complete steps:

Thanks Yudhil for the idea.
However the ISINTEG tool didn't fix the problem.
