OWA new mail notification when using rules

Hello
I have encountered this problem and found that to be very
annoying:
If you use server rules in Outlook to move certain new
messages to other mailbox folders, you will not get a new
mail notifications in OWA for emails that are processed by
these ruules rules.
Simply, OWA only polls for updates in Inbox, and hence
notifications are only processed for mesages arriving into
inbox.

How do I configure OWA to get new mail notification for
all new emails, not just those staying in inbox.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

AFAIK this is how it works and I know of no way of changing it.

This is fine for most people, for example by rules I move certain mails from
lists to a subfolder, and I do NOT want to get notified for these.
