Hello, I have only one user on our network that sends me
emails (started about 4 days ago) that end up in my
contact list. They show up at the begonning of the list as
blank entries, but if you double click on them they open
as emails. Has anyone every heard of this happening? Could
this be something the user inaddvertly done in her
settings that is causing this?

Any help would be great...thanks.

Can't think how the sender could do this. Do you have any rules set in your
Outlook profile?
