I have an office with a mixed enviroment of Outlook clients. Only 2 pc's are
running Outlook 2003. Occasionally, appointments entered into a Public
calendar on the server disappear.

It seems that the missing appointments are always initially inputted by the
Outlook 2003 clients.

Any ideas?

Hey Chuck,

I have a very similar problem and I posted my question today. Did you
install office 2003 service pack 1? Everything was workin fine until I
installed it and then poof I was unable to view any public folder listings. I
tried looking for this problem at MS site and Internet but still no luck. I'm
sure we are not the only ones with this problem but it's strange that I can't
find any info on this seemingly widespread problem. Btw, I am running office
2003 on a new Dell Optiplex WinXP pro computer.

Chuck,

Found old posting on this same group we are in "mail has disappeared".
Reinstalling exchange 2000 sp3 and installing the latest rollup patches
supposed to cure this problem according to the post. I have yet to try on my
system but this is what I suspected all along but my boss wouldn't listen. oh
well.
