We have 1500 clients in our Active Directory all exchange
enabled, they have 2 MB mailbox limits and we find when
they try and send an attachment larger than this it gets
stored in there drafts folder locking their mailbox out.

Is there any easy way to impose a limit on the drafts
folder specifically or disable is entirely per user or via
group policy?

Thanks!

Don't think so....but they should be able to delete the message, right?

I have to say, that's a very tiny mailbox quota. Any chance you can just
stick some more servers in your org & move mailboxes - then bump up the
quota? You might's well have them use Hotmail if they get only 2MB.
